About Beauty

On the Advanced Apprenticeship, you’ll work as a beauty therapist, learning techniques like body massage and electrolysis.

Most therapists are based in salons, though they can be anywhere from hospitals to cruise liners. With further training you might even become a make-up artist for film and TV, or help develop new products.

Assessment
Assessment is in the workplace and takes place whilst the apprentice performs their normal work duties. This shows that they are acquiring the skills and knowledge to effectively carry out the job.
