Support
We assess the level of an employee's current skills and encourage tailored learning. This means that your employees aren't spending any more time than is necessary on training; they only learn what they need to fill their knowledge gaps. And as it's about them, they will be more personally engaged - and it saves you time too.

We can provide as much or as little support as is needed. The College with will provide support online, at the workplace or over the phone. Your staff can also learn at the local College if they prefer.

Flexible learning
All our courses are broken down into bite-sized chunks so learning can be done at a time and place that suits your business. An employee can do as much or as little as they want during each session and repeat parts of the courses as many times as they like. It's not like traditional learning where you have to do a course for a set amount of time on the same day every week.

This support and flexibility means that achievement time of more traditional methods can be reduced with less disruption to your business and a more evenly spread impact of staff training.
