How will the Health and Social Care NVQ help your business?

It ensures that your staff meet the nationally required levels of knowledge and achieve the appropriate qualifications.

The NVQ will help employees develop a clear understanding of their specific role and responsibilities and how to create a safe and healthy environment for themselves and those they care for, as well as covering issues such as equality, discrimination and communication skills. It will ensure your employees can deliver an excellent level of care and that their skills and achievements are acknowledged with a nationally recognised qualification.
