Who is the course for?
This course is designed as a solid introduction to office skills.If you have limited or dated experience in clerical work and aim to work in an office environment in the future, this is the course for you.
Is this course for me?
This course can be completed within 14 hours classroom time.
You do not need any experience in office skills to complete this course.You will need a good standard of English and willingness to participate in some simple exercises to get the most out of this course.

By the end of this course you will be able to:
- Communicate by letter and e-mail
- Communicate effectively on the telephone
- Communicate effectively face to face
- Keep and retrieve records effectively
- Identify and manage stress to improve performance
- To manage workloads and achieve deadlines
- Review projects and processes, identifying areas foe development
- Developing and setting clear and productive targets

You will receive a certificate of completion from Hopwood College.
