Train the Trainer
Who is the course for?
This course is designed as an introduction to delivering learning and training.If you have limited or dated experience in learning delivery and aim to work in a teaching environment in the future, this is the course for you.
Is this course for me?
This course can be completed within 14 hours classroom time.
You do not need any experience in learning delivery to complete this course.You will need a good standard of English and willingness to participate in some simple exercises to get the most out of this course.

- Training and Teaching
- Coaching Skills
- Assessment Methods
- Delivery of Learning
What will I be able to do?
By the end of this course you will be able to:
- Understand the process of transferring knowledge
- Understand and apply key elements and methods of learning delivery
- How and when to coach in harmony with learning delivery
- Understand what assessment is and how it should be used
- Utilise fundamental learning delivery skills
What do I get out of it?
You will receive a certificate of completion from Hopwood College.
